Fitment Compatibility:

• ✅ Suitable for:

  • 155cc horizontal Zongshen engines

  • Zongshen ZS155 (Z155) – An 8-pin digital CDI is required for this item.

• ❌ Not compatible with:

  • Electric start engines

  • Wiring looms fitted with a standard 5-pin CDI

  • YX140 or YX160 engines, unless running a digital wiring harness and CDI (available in our store)

Diagnostic Tips – Is Your Stator the Issue?

Use a multimeter to test your stator before replacing:

1. Pickup Coil Resistance Test

• Set to 2000Ω

• Test Blue/White to Green

• ✅ Reading: 100Ω+ | ❌ If: 0, OL, or unusually low

2. Power Coil Voltage Test

• Set to 20V AC

• Test Black/Red to Green

• Kick-start the bike

• ✅ Reading: 3V+ spikes | ❌ If: No output or very low reading
