Returns
– We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all components and documentation included.
– Items that show signs of assembly, installation, or use may not be eligible for a full refund, and a deduction may apply based on the condition upon return.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
– Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
– Any delivery costs we incurred in sending the item to you will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
– Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
– If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
– We may request photos of the damage to assist with processing the return or replacement.
– For confirmed faulty items, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund, if eligible.
