Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit or credit card online
- PayPal
- Cash or card upon collection in-store
All payments must be cleared before items are dispatched.
Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
- UK mainland orders are sent via a standard 2-5 day delivery or upgraded express 1-2 day delivery courier service (excludes Highlands and Islands).
- Non-UK mainland and European orders are dispatched on a 2-7 day courier service.
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to adverse weather; we work to keep any delays to a minimum.
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier, and tracking information is provided when available.
If an item is lost in transit, a replacement will be sent once the courier confirms the loss.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added at checkout on our site. If you choose to return an item because you no longer want it, the shipping cost to you will be deducted from any refund provided.
Local Taxes
Customers outside of the UK may be liable for local taxes, import duties, or fees charged by the courier. Please consult your local customs authority for clarification. We cannot cover these additional charges.
Warranty
- Spare parts are provided with no warranty unless explicitly stated.
- Any warranty on parts is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not include labour or fitting costs.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Cancellations and Amendments
Orders can be cancelled or amended within seven working days from the order date. Cancellations beyond this period may incur a small fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for any returned items.
Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns within 14 days for items that are unused and in new condition.
- Items must not be assembled or used to qualify for a return.
- Any damage to returned items due to improper handling may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item, minus any delivery costs incurred.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
